1. Commitment to Participation: If selected by the Opportunity Owner(s) and awarded funding by QRDI, [Company Name] commits to executing the project as per the program's objectives and requirements.
2. Funding Agreement Compliance: [Company Name] understands that, if selected, it will be required to sign a funding agreement with the Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation Council (QRDI) and/or the Opportunity Owner(s). The company acknowledges that this agreement will set forth the governing terms, obligations, and expectations, which it is fully prepared to comply with.
3. Data Access: Prior to signing the agreement and initiating the project, [Company Name] will provide the Opportunity Owner(s) with information regarding the types of data required for the effective execution of the project.
4. Confidentiality: If required, [Company Name] acknowledges that the Opportunity Owner(s) may request the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to regulate the handling of confidential data necessary for project implementation.
5. Milestone Certification: [Company Name] agrees to submit monthly progress reports to the Opportunity Owner(s) for review and sign-off, certifying the achievement of agreed-upon milestones.
6. Intellectual Property (IP) Compliance: [Company Name] has read, understands, and agrees to comply with the QRDI Intellectual Property Policy, available at www.qrdi.org.qa 
7. Indemnity and Liability: [Company Name] acknowledges and accepts that the funding agreement will include standard indemnity and limitation of liability provisions, requiring that the Company shall fully indemnify and hold QRDI harmless against any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees, costs, and disbursements) arising directly or indirectly from:
• Any misrepresentation, breach of warranty, or failure to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Any negligence or willful misconduct by [Company Name] or its representatives.
• Any claims resulting from the making, using, or selling of a product, process, or service derived from work performed under the project.
8. Project Completion and Evaluation: Upon project conclusion, [Company Name] commits to submitting a comprehensive final report, while the Opportunity Owner(s) will facilitate a pilot evaluation to assess the project outcomes.
