Timeline
The application phase will run from February 23rd, 2025 (UTC+3) and will end on April 14th, 2025 at 23:59pm (UTC+3). Startups are invited to propose innovative and impactful solutions to address the challenge statement.
Criteria for Application
To participate, startups need to complete the following steps:
- Register on the platform
- Complete the participation form
During this phase, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change will evaluate the proposals and the most innovative solutions will be selected to proceed to the clarification phase.

During this clarification phase, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change may organize one-on-one sessions with shortlisted participants to delve deeper into their proposed solutions and address any outstanding questions.
These sessions, conducted through online calls or via the challenge platform, provide an invaluable opportunity for participants to refine their ideas based on direct feedback. The goal is to ensure a clear understanding of the proposed approaches and align them closely with the challenge objectives, fostering collaboration and innovation.
