How might we accurately track and analyse passenger and staff movement across the airport journey—from arrival or entry to departure or exit—without relying on extensive novel hardware installations?
Hamad International Airport (HIA) is seeking solution providers to develop an integrated, real-time movement intelligence platform that unifies passenger and staff flow data across the airport. This solution could leverage existing systems—such as Wi-Fi logs, XOVIS sensors, AODB —to deliver a centralized view of airport-wide movement patterns without the need for additional hardware installations, however we are also open to evaluate any proposal for new suitable and innovative technology proposal.
Your solution should combine advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and intuitive visual dashboards to provide actionable insights into bottlenecks, dwell times, congestion points, and cross-zonal movement. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency, support smarter resource planning, and improve the overall airport experience through a seamless, data-driven, and scalable solution.
