Timeline
The application phase opens on February 1st, 2026 (UTC+3) and closes on April 12th, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3). Startups and SMEs (TRL 4+) are invited to propose innovative and high-impact solutions addressing the challenge statement.
A webinar will be hosted for further details and a Q&A session with KAHRAMAA and QRDI. More details will be announced soon.
Criteria for Application
The criteria for the application phase are as follows:
- Register on the platform
- Complete the participation form
- Upload a proposal deck
During this phase, KAHRAMAA will evaluate the proposals and the most innovative solutions will be selected to proceed to the clarification phase.

During this clarification phase, KAHRAMAA may organize one-on-one sessions with shortlisted participants to delve deeper into their proposed solutions and address any outstanding questions.
These sessions, conducted through online calls or via the challenge platform, provide an invaluable opportunity for participants to refine their ideas based on direct feedback. The goal is to ensure a clear understanding of the proposed approaches and align them closely with the challenge objectives, fostering collaboration and innovation..
