Advancing Logistics Excellence Through Intelligent AI-Powered Communication Co-pilot Solutions

As GWC scales its global logistics operations, the need for seamless, integrated communication has never been more critical. Currently, vital operational data is scattered across fragmented channels like email, voice calls, and messaging apps, leading to manual context-stitching and potential delays. There is a critical need for an intelligent "air-traffic-control" layer to unify these streams.

GWC is calling on innovators to introduce an AI-powered communications co-pilot that sits atop existing channels to understand intent, prioritize risk, and automate routine logistics workflows. Your solution should transform unstructured conversations into a traceable "single thread" linked to specific operational objects like PO numbers and shipment references.

💡 Your Mission:
Create an intelligent communications cockpit that provides real-time triaging and automated escalation. Your solution should leverage AI-driven intent detection to extract data fields, identify ambiguity in messages, and route tasks to the correct internal owners. While initial focus is on email and voice (speech-to-text), the system must be built for a multi-channel, multi-lingual environment including Arabic, English, and eventually regional languages like Urdu and Hindi.

🚀 Why Participate?
- Work directly with GWC, a leading logistics provider operating across the GCC, on a high-impact operational challenge.
- Demonstrate your capabilities in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and automated workflow orchestration at an enterprise scale.
- Gain access to relevant datasets, subject matter experts from operations and IT, and pilot opportunities within GWC’s freight forwarding business.
- Receive up to USD 100,000 in QRDI funding to support your pilot development.
- Explore opportunities for commercial deployment across GWC’s diverse departments and international geographies.

Be part of shaping the next generation of logistics intelligence through real-time, AI-driven communication management. 🌟

Challenge Statement

The Future of Operational Visibility: Creating an Intelligent, Multi-Channel "Air-Traffic-Control" Layer for Logistics

GWC is seeking solution providers to develop an intelligent "air-traffic-control" layer , a unified communications co-pilot that sits on top of existing channels rather than replacing them. While GWC’s operations currently depend on fragmented channels like email and voice calls , there is currently no system enabling a traceable, searchable "single thread" that reliably links incoming communication to correct operational objects like PO numbers or shipment references. GWC prefers solutions that can integrate seamlessly with their current ecosystem and those under development.

Your solution should combine conversation understanding in a logistics context (detecting intent, priority, and risk signals ) with advanced data extraction and automated reporting. It must deliver actionable insights into pending, overdue, and at-risk tasks through a centralized cockpit/inbox that provides real-time alerts and triggers escalations the moment SLAs are breached.

The goal is to reduce heavy admin work , improve response times for routine communications , and enhance customer satisfaction through a transparent, automated, and scalable multilingual communication management solution
